Well the insurance adjuster came out today and said none of our mold problem is covered by insurance. it's a "long term" maintenance problem and is our problem and not theirs! Rick's Dad is going to bring their motorhome for us to live in, which is great (and we GREATLY appreciate!). BUt we are still left trying to figure out where this water is coming from and we are going to have to gut our entire bathroom and kitchen and make everything better and mold free AND somehoe pay for it (remember I'm a student here people...I have NO money!). So we are calling out to you all for help. If you know someone that is an expert in finding water leaks (we're thinking maybe it's the roof) or someone who is an expert with mold or pulling apart bathrooms and kitchens and then putting them back together-and you think these certain someones will give us a deal...send them our way. We're going to have to call in all the favors we can get :( We are also going to look into legal action and see if we have any claim against the guy that sold us the house or the inspector that didn't find any of this. Rick's only had this house 3 years.

Hey Lauren.. that is exactly what Paul does... I will talk to him and see if he thinks he could give you a deal.. the only thing is its outta state, so hed have to stay somewhere and i'm due in 7 weeks. BUT i will talk to paul and let you know what he thinks and if he can help in anyway!! Or at lease point you guys in the right direction.
Oh man Lauren, this just sucks. I'm really sorry. Adam has a lot of friends in different trades, I'll see if he knows anyone. :-( Poopy.
